15+ Years' Experience
I have years of experience helping neurodivergent people and have helped so many people get back to a more structured life. After graduating from La Sapienza University in Rome as a Doctor in Far East Languages and Cultures, I continued my coaching studies by studying with ITS (International Teaching Seminars) as NLP Practitioner (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Cross Roads Coaching as a Recovery Coach (Addiction Specialist Coach) and Newcastle College as a Positive Impact Coach. I am also a member of the ICF (International Coaching Federation) as an ACC (Associate Certified Coach ), and Gold Mind Academy as an ADHD Specialist Certified Coach.
Personal Coaching Experience
We will build a relationship one-on-one with each other so that we can work together to achieve those goals and so you can gain confidence in me. Our work will be personalised and tailored to meet your needs, taking the time and care you need.
Business Experience
As well as my ADHD coaching experience and qualifications, I have spent the last 25 years helping to manage a successful Harley Street London Physiotherapy business with my husband. I bring significant personal hands-on business experience to my clients, and can introduce useful tools and methods to help them in their business life.
Multi-lingual
I also speak a few languages including fluent English, Italian, and Portuguese, but I have also studied French, Spanish, Japanese, and Chinese. My love of languages stems from my passion for exploring different cultures and ways of looking at things in different ways.
